I have a allis b with a small 44" or 48" belly mower. I have about 6 acres i want to mow on a weekly basis and was wondering how big of a mower and what kind you would suggest for this. It doesnt have a 3 point hitch only the drawbar.

I'd pick up a pull type, 5' shredder. I got one at a consignment sale for $50 but you may have to pay up to $200. Generally, shredding isn't a weekly affair. If you want to mow that often, I'd use the rig you have. Grass doesn't grow fast enough for a weekly shredding.

Do they make pull type finish mowers?if so what is the biggest size i can use with my b on a weekly basis the 44" belly mower just takes way to long to cut this much grass. If they are made who sells them ?

i use a 60 inch belly mower on a B. brother uses a 72 inch on a C. you can use the 6 foot unit if grass is 6-7 inches high, dont work good if it is a foot thick. 6 foot is o.k. for weekly. you can get a drag type mower for the back, but like listed these are normally "choppers" not finish mowers. there are finish mowers for rear, but the $$$ is high. look at the local farm supply store for reference.
