turbo pressure?

Have been experiencing very low power output this spring on a 7020. What would cause power to drop off so much that I can barely pull 5-16's ? Any way to check the turbo-boost pressure? Air filters were changed last summer. slight exh. manifold leak.

Any suggestions? Thanks

try the fuel filters. is it smoking? if you have a hp. problem from the turbo it will most likely smoke black. if no smoke you have a fuel problem could even be as simple as a primer pump or kinked fuel hose

thanks, it smokes black when lugging down, otherwise clear. fuel filter is relatively new, bleeder has some botched threads, but that should show as a leak rather than taking in air.
