Brian,

I have a D-15 series II that I want to modify the same way you do. I was told TSC has a valve assy. you can buy to accomplish this off the back hydraulic port. I don't know if this is correct, but I hope to find out soon. Perhaps others know if this is correct?

Please reply if you do. Two A-C owners would like to know!

Tom

Check back a few pages for a similar post on a D17. Like other poster says- the front mount pump idea works well. Early D tractors did not have a front pulley that was machined and tapped for a front drive, but if yours is, you'll end up with a much better system for a few dollars more.

I have a D-15 with a loader w/full hydraulics. The previous owner put an external pump on the front with a shaft connected to the bottom pulley. Has worked great in the 15 years that I've owned the tractor. I can send you some pics of the plumbing if you'd like.
