I have a chance to buy a restored WD wide front is has new tires on the back with weights, good fenders, has a good working shutter about what is a good price range? thanks

"Restored" seems to mean different things to different people. To some it seems to mean that someone threw some new paint in the direction of the tractor, while to others it means that the tractor is very close to new inside and out. Without pictures and a lot more information than the word restored, it's hard to saw what it could be worth. Running WD's with new tires could start at around $600-$800, but tractors restored to like new condition should top $2000 quite easily.

With New tires, weights, wide front, shutters, I'd go somewhere around $1500 to $2000.
