i jut got a new set of after market front wheels for my 42 C. i was wonddering if anyway can tell me, can i put the wheels on backwards (dished out) to make the wheel spacing wider.i know i can with the orignal wheels, but only one of them is still good, but not by much. the other one was rotted out by the valve stem. thanks

If they are an exact replacement, the answer is yes. I'd try it and see if the it fits up good against the hub. If it does, you should be fine. Remember that reversing the rims increases the stress on the bearings but they were designed for it.
