Allis 7000 series tractor

I am going to an auction in a few days, and I have a feeling that a few of these tractors will be there since there are quite a few in central ky. I was wandering what would one of these bring at an action, both cab and open. Were these tractors good? What should I look our for. What type of transmission do they have, I want something that will work well for square baling and round baling, also some batwinging, would a d series or 100 sereies (170, 180, 190, 190xt 200) be better with the mechanical hand clutch or do some of these later tractors have these or better. Thankyou in advanced.

A good tractor. Can come with powershift or powerdirector. Saw a nice one go for $7000 last fall in CNY. Will handle baling no problem. The maroon-bellies have external hydraulic pumps, engine mounted that can get weak over time, long suction line from sump. they're a turbo'd 301, so small engine but puts out 106 pto HP.

The maroon belly 7000 did not have a powershift. It had a 3 speed power director. The Black belly was the first powershift which was 3 speed also.

It has 4 gears and 3 speed changes per gear.
