You might need to give us some more info--a few questions here come up in my little mind: 1) Did you use the same pressure plate/clutch/throwout bearing that was already in the WC? In other words, was the WC running before the engine swap and was the clutch functional? 2) If you used new/rebuilt stuff, did you do a side-by-side comparison of the parts? 3) Is the clutch pedal going in normally and do you feel pressure as the fork/throwout bearing pushes against the pressure plate? If so, could the clutch disc be stuck on the flywheel--like what happens when a tractor sits unused for awhile? 4) Did you make sure the clutch disc slid freely on the input shaft of the transmission--maybe there were some burrs or something else that might prevent the clutch from easy movement along the spline? I'm asking these questions to try and nail down where the problem is. I have a good friend in Wayne County PA that just restored a WC Speed Patrol--he can probable shed some light on any unique issues that might be causing the problem. I'll get in touch with him so he can read your first question and your replies to my questions. Good luck with it--no fun fixing a tractor and then it won't work....
