I have a One-Sixty Allis with the 3 cylinder Diesel Motor. We have been completely thru the motor and everything works great except for the Hydraulic System. It has no major leaks, but if you let it set for any amount of time, the hydraulic system looses prime. I've changed the Fluid, changed the filter and screens, and checked the fluid level. After I get it primed again, they are as strong as ever, so I don't think the pump is bad - just loosing prime somewhere. Thanks, Steve Borts, Jamestown, MO

Like the other posts say, your pump seal--and maybe even the shaft are worn. I have new 160 pumps in stock.

How much do you want for a new pump? Does this include shipping, and where are you located?
Thanks

I know its no help but mine does the same thing but only when it is parked facing down hill! And only after sitting for many days. I always wondered if it had to do with the intake of the pump being exposed or something on that order.Maybe a crack in the suction line? I just keep it parked level or up hill when I leave it for a while and it seems fine after that.
