Allis 'g' service / manuals / implements

I just finished a service of my 'g'.
Wow.. I gotta say that was the easiest oil change and lube I have ever done on a tractor.. including my international cub. 3.5 qts oil, and that funny big mouth spin on filter. Air /oil cup was even easy to get to. lube points.. etc.

I used 30w oil.. couldn't find any references in the I&T manual. It appears I have the same oil pressure as before the change.. so I don't think it is too 'heavy' an oil. Any one think this is too heavy?

Also.. Any idea where to get an allis service or owners manual?

Next question is about implements. I'm in search of soem small mid mount implements or rear tow implements for my allis. Not for 'use'.. but to mount up for show. Anyone got any pics as examples of what I should / could look for. I've got a local 'junk dealer' down the road that has a couple acers of rusty iron.. including dozens of 55g barrels of what look like small cultivator parts, shanks, spring arms.. small harrow and small plow parts.. etc. Prices are as for scrap.. so If I can find some allis parts in there.. I should be able to walk out with quite a big box of rusty parts for a song. He thinks he has alot of small international and allis cultivator parts 'sets' in the buckets. Much of it does look like the 'basket case' cultivator kit I helped my stepfather pick up for his international 140 the other day.

We also have a auction nearby that does some outright sales on the small lots of farm implements that come in.

any help is appreciated.

I am interested in getting a "G" one day, so I have started looking for manuals, etc. I found on Ebay a pamphlet which shows all the implements in action. Unfortunately I am not at home right now, and won't be for a week. Do a search on Ebay and there may be more. I think the seller was some sort of reprint business. Was well made and the pictures were fairly clear. Hopes this helps.

I have most of the origional manuals,parts books and sales broshurs. We had three of the AC G tractors, with 2 mowing machines, 2 two way plows, 1 disk plow, double bar cuntivator, stradel row cultivator. 1 dozer blade. 2 rear tool bars. fertilizer boxes and planters. one tractor had hydralic lift. Had one tractor set up with a 5 row culitvator and 6 row planters. My dad really loved these G's. They were handed down to the grand kids and sold them off the first thing. I could probably make copys of the manuals though.

As promised, I was able to check with my AC neighbor over the weekend. Unfortunately, he remains true to his "I never sell anything" tradition, and is not interested in selling G tractors, parts or implements. Too bad, because nearly all of his stuff is outside and has been for years.

While web searching, I ran across a CD with owner's, service, and parts manuals for an Allis Chalmers G. Like a dope I didn't bookmark it. Anyone know where to find it?
