How many of the D15 Diesels were produced? Are they worth anything?

Have seen a few but don't know how many were made. Those D15 diesel tractors are worthless, so you can just drop it off in my yard.
Poor one ??300-500??. Good D15 $1500-3000 EXCELLENT one $4000 an up would be my guess.

I have found one and I'm just tring to get a general value on it. It is complete, not running, bad rear rims, one of the hood panels is beat up and the gas tank has a big dent in it. The engine seems to be in good shape and it has power steering. I think it would be a fairly easy restoration but I don't want to give too much for it.
