WC Packing Gland

There is a packing gland on the output of the transmission ( it has an adjustable collar for tightening the packing )that is leaking on my two WC's. A while back I checked with AGCO and the packing was not available through them. Has anyone found a source for this packing or know of a good substitute? Thanks

Here is what I did. I found a rubber O-ring that fits around the houseing and inside the colar. Placed it and set it with a non-hardening sealer,like permatex. Then tightened the colar up. That was two years ago and no leak. There is no pressure there, all you need is a oil dam.
