I saw an AC C at a dealership last week with a belly mounted mower. They said it has low hours. Price tag says $2150. This seems really over priced to me but I'm not familiar with AC's.

Is this price out of line?

Thanks,
Dan

My opinion is it greatly depends on how nice a shape the tractor AND the belly mower is in. You can buy a C model for $500-$1000. but you might wind up putting more than you paid for it into it to get the tractor in shape and the mower working correctly, so I wouldn't think it's to outta' line looking at it that way. Maybe the engine was recently overhauled that's why the "low hours" listing. Like one of the feller's said, the mower's aren't cheap either! Just a thought...

Hard to say,if the tractor and tires are good why not.
A new wooods mower (6') will run you 1800 to 2000.

If the tires, front and rear were near new and the belly mower was new that would be top dollar. If not $1500.00 tops.

I was not aware that the C had an hour meter on it, so I do not know how they can know it has low hours unless it has been recently rebuilt. If I were to pay that much it would have to be in tip top shape and have a coat of wax.
