WD had fairly low compression ratio (5.75:1), so you might see pressures in the 70-85 PSI range, depending on engine condition. Higher readings are possible with carbon buildup, etc. Main thing is that the four cylinders are fairly close on the readings.

I'm sure someone will follow with the correct factory specs, but as a preliminary I'll say that relative uniformity between the cylinders is a big factor. If you have between 90 and 110 lbs in each cylinder in an old tractor engine, you're probably not in too bad a shape.
