Hi guys,
I went out to fill up my tires on my WD45 last night. After I filled them up a bit i could see a little leaking of air just above the valve on the rim. Is there something I can literally paint on the rim to maybee supress the leaking until summer. I wasn"t planning on new rims and tires for winter.

If your tires were really low, and you're really lucky, it was just air trapped between the tube and rim. If you need to pump out the old calcium to fix a leak, ask around for a noncorrosive tire juice. I recently saw an ad for a new noncorrosive ballast in the local farm paper. (Capital Press, Salem Or.) Good luck.

I think you are out of luck. If you have chloride leaking inside the rim you need to dismount the tire(s), clean up the rim(s) and tires, and purchase new tubes pretty quick - before the chloride eats up the rim.

The whole process isn't that bad. Tubes are not cheap, not expensive either. Tubes are a whole lot cheaper then rims.
