replacing hydraulic hoses on an Allis loader

Help! The hydraulic hoses on my Allis loader (mounted on a D15 Series II) are starting to tear, and no longer can be backed out of the fittings. Before I have leaks everywhere I'd like to replace them. A local dealer has offered their service of manufacturing new hoses. Is this the best way to go? I will need new fittings as well. Thanks for any and all advice!!

Go with someone who knows what they're doing !!
Years ago, my boss had his newly-built log splitter plumbed.
We expected the local company that did it to do a good job.
Unfortunatley, they let a "new guy" do it.
It was an eyesore and had to be redone.
Whether using the tractor's hydraulics or a PTO pump, make sure they use high pressure fittings, too.

Wayne, there should be several places to get your hoses replaced. Any tractor or big truck shop should be able to duplicate these hoses. Maybe even try local NAPA, one near me makes hoses also. Look for a mobile hydraulic service, they cost a little more but they do it on site and you can make sure each hose fits and works before he leaves. Shops have a tendancy to make hoses a little short sometimes.
