Andrew, I am in Southbury. I don't have the pulley, but everything else is there, the sickle and the mount both move, they aren't frozen. In decent shape, need paint and a serious clean-up. Let me know. Thanks. Steve

If you were coming down 84, about 1 hour west of Hartford, past Waterbury, before Newtown and Danbury.
