Dead 160 HELP!!

Help!!!! 160 won't start, or now even turn over. Wife was driving and said oil and maybe antifreeze coming out of exhaust. Also had antifreeze coming out of the radiator overflow tube. Hasn't wanted to start lately with a little cold weather here in Missouri, but now after this episode, it won't even turn over. Could it be head gasket allowed antifreeze in cylinders? What do I do at this point? I'd appreciate any help.

Probably blown head gasket. Have the head surfaced before installing the new gasket. I can't understand why it won't turn over with the starter though unless one of the cylinders is completely full of coolant in which case you might have a bent rod.
