Will this AC road grader 40,s model fit onto a dual axle trailer capable of carrying a full size car or truck? Thinking about having the 2 flat tires pumped up or repaired if necesay before I move it to a more workable area. That is provided I can get a hold of the owners or get tired of trying. What's the penalty for taking an abandoned tractor, might be easier for them to contact me because the tractor disappeared instead of me finding them. If I call them they may want a couple dollars for this thing and I have no idea what the value might be. We'll soon find out.

If it were mine, I might take a few dollars for it up front, but once it is STOLEN it is going to be one expensive pile of junk. Maybe people are different in your neck of the woods, maybe they would rather deal with sneak theives than honest neighbors down there. Around here you might just be setting yourself up for an unending nightmare. You never know when lightening might strike and burn your camp to the ground.

I don't think I have the energy to take something like this from anyone. These were older folks just getting by I've come to find out. I was told and my guess is they would be happy to see it gone. However I also found out the Levee board who controls the management of the properties is who I have to go through so even if the owner says "it's yours" I still may have a problem with them. I'll know Friday.

Yes you can use that trailor but you will probably need to remove the blade to get it on, I know for me to move my grader on a trailor like that you have to romove the blade. As far as takeing it before you find the person that owns it you could get in trouble for grand theft, I know its not much right now but its also a tractor and the man could say anything to the cops and then you would be had. Of course if it was your land then nothing could be said.
