AC Industrial 40?

I stopped to look at a AC Tractor with a backhoe yesterday. I think it said it was an Industrial 40. Did such an animal exist? In looking at some forum pictures, The D-17 somewhat resembles this tractor. Its not Orange though! Anyway, it worked well and I am seriously considering purchase of this unit. Does $4500. sound reasonable? The brakes are about shot on it, are AC parts readily available?

I have a I-60/I-600 diesel. Similar tractor with loader. These were the industrial line. "I" stands for industrial. Mine was made late 60's I think the 40s were based on d-12, mabey 14 or 15. I paid $3800.00 a few weeks back. Needed the rotator for hoe welded (hope it holds). Engine clutch is poor. Rough looking, but fully operable except the rotator when purchased.
