Let me be more specific about a replacement. I could not find any parts places with a Ford RAnger part that fit. But, Advance Auto part number ES2074R for $18, has the correct metric thread to fit into the tie rod. The taper was listed as 1:10 which is the same as the Allis end. However since it is smaller in diameter, I made a tapered shim to take up the difference. Use a half inch long piece of steel 3/4 inch pipe and cut a taper in the side up about 1/2 inch. Try it in the Allis end and cut more as needed so it will drive up into the wheel end completely. Then just install the ES2074R part and draw it up into the taper with a washer and its castle nut. Adjust toe-in with the clamped parts of the tie-rod.

Dave, No, will not work for left side. Maybe another part would work because it has to be the female end.

I did get this part from the AC dealer several months ago for my one-sixty. Cost a little over $100 and took a couple of times ordering to get the right one, but it was available. The $18 sounds a lot more reasonable. There previously was a person on the forum looking for a left tie rod end. Would this same procedure work? Dave
