Will a diesel 301 bolt up in a D17? Considering this combo for a 5500 limited pro stock.

it will go in a D-19 cause i did it. i pull in the 5500lb super farm class and have pulled in the 5000lb outlaw class.the 19 has a better rear end than the 17 and after installing a 301 u r going to need all the tractor u can get case it will really produce some power. my # is (256) 230-1250 if you want to talk more.
