Front loader hydraulic pump for WD

I have a 1953 AC WD with a cobbled together non-AC front loader with a hydraulic box dump. A prior owner installed a front hydraulic pump to run the lift arms and the box, driving it off of the manual start crank rod, which was inadequately spot-welded to the fan belt drive pulley. The tractor is located on remote property, where I lack welding equipment to reweld. I also think this placement of the pump is pretty mickey-mouse and cannot be good for the crank shaft drive pulley. I would prefer to run the pump off of a redirected and lengthened fan belt. I am looking for suggestions about where to mount the pump with its pulley along the plane of the fan belt so I do not adversely affect anything else on the engine by doing so.

Seems like the right side would be the only place to put it, and maintain proper belt wrap on the other three pulleys. There are better ways to drive front mount pumps than what the previous owner came up with. Another non-weld option is to get the double groove pulley (or clamp-on second sheave) and hang the pump underneath the frame, diven with the second belt.
