I have a 1948 AC C (no 3 point attach) and i was wondering if they make or made a blade of some sort that would allow me to plow my driveway with the C??

I have seen some blades made one was boughten doser blade for tractors had a beam that ran the length of the tractor and went to the draw bar and had a cylender on the front for up & down and I have seen a giy that had one made up the blade up front 2 pipes run the length of the tractor to the draw bar and some brace work betwen the two and a chane whent up to the deal that raised his belly mower he said it was simpel but it worked grate it was all solid but it would not be hard to rig in a angel ajustment

i agree the best way is to add a 3 point hitch. there were other options such as a belly blade that is lifted manually like the deck of a lawn tractor, or a "trailer blade" which is a two wheel trailer pulled by your drawbar. it has a blade that can be lowered and raised manually. both of these are possiblities, but i dont know where you would get one. the three point is a nice idea long term. does tractor have hydraulics? are you using a mower with it?

I have a Woods Belly mower on my C now with hydraulics.

Do you know the name of any aftermarket 3 pt hitches that would fit my 1948 AC C ?

i have a 1945 allis chalmers c it has a front snow/dirt blade.works very good.but im not selling it yet anyways lol sorry i am useing it to push dirt with now dont know if i helped

Meg, they make an after market 3pt for your C. I build my own. Works great. There are several individuals on this site that have them for sell.
