I recently was given what appears to be a AC WD . I cannot match a serial number to identify the make and yr. On top of the trans next to the shifter is stamped 200931 . On the side of the trans AM3651-7 . On the rear axle houseing out near the wheel is stamped 6-10-48 and below that appears am3835-5 . The final number is on the right side of the engine block and is U3019-31 .
The tractor has a magneto , 4 speed trans . the seat is positioned a little off center to the right . Also the tractor is equiped with 2 hyd cyl located under the rear axle to raise a attached implement . Thank you for any help . Tom

Tom;

It's a WD. WD45s never had magnetos and WCs never had hydraulics! The tractor serial# will be found next to the inspection plate on the rear axle on a machined pad on the left side. I have a 1951 WD myself. Enjoy yours!

It is probably a WD. The serial no. is on the left side of the back of the differential housing on the machined surface next to the lift arm bracket below the end of a spring sticking out of the brake housing. The engine serial no. is on the left side of the block just back from the carb. These are stamped numbers, not cast in. Get the nos. and check for year on a list.
