Could someone tell me if they know of a Fairbanks-Morse magneto repair center in Tennessee? Or at least one close.

Freeman,
We're not in Tennessee, but we are a repair center for Fairbanks units, sell parts and have an exchange program. We're located in New Joisey.
I do F/M mags from all around the country. Be happy to help ya out with anything.....
