Are ALL FMJ Mags Cursed???

I have an Allis B with an FMJ mag. It runs OK when cold but when it warms up it loses spark. I replaced it with another FMJ mag (used) and it does the same thing! Is this a common problem with these mags? I owned an AC C several years ago that had the same condition. The only fix was to replace the mag with a new one. Can someone give me a clue what may be the problem, what to try first, and where to get the best deal on parts? Also should the rotor line up with the distributer cap electrode during impulse loading or should it be a tooth before? Thank in advance.

sounds like they all need the coil and or the condensor replaced.
