Does anyone have a good picture or where I could find one that would show where all the decals go for a 1949 WD.

I believe the name of the book you need to look in is called "Orignal Allis Chalmers 1933-1957" I remember seeing it a Walden Books or Bordners and it had all the exact info your looking for. It was a nice book but pricey. They covered the decal placement down to an exact science.

Unfgortuantely, decal kits do not include that info. An original operator manual is a good guide, pluss all the other good info regarding lube, controls, maintenance, etc.
