I have a WD45 Allis Chalmers and would like to know what the best manual out there for me to buy. What I am looking for is something telling me what and where to add and or change ALL oils in the tractor.

You should at least have the operators manual. It has the info you need for this question. It can be helpful to have the service manual as it provides more detail on repaires and adjustments. The hydraulic system is best serviced with any good brand of universal hydraulic fluid (never ATF) and is added to the hydraulic reservoir at the filler port with the little quarter turn dip stick cap on the left side of the torque tube housing. The transmission and rear end are serviced with any good brand of gear lube and are serviced at each of the two pipe plugs on the left side of the torque tube housing. The rear wheels final drives are serviced with the same gear lube as the transmission and rear end through a pipe plug on the inner side of the final drives bottom pans. If the hydraulic fluid and gear lubes have not been replaced in some time it should be done.

And the transmission has 3 drain plugs, the bottom of the PTO housing, under the transmission in the sheetmetal cover, and under the differential. The drain for the hydraulic system is infront of the PTO.
