I am thinking of puting a 3 point hitch on my WD45 so I can move round bales with it. Is the 2 hitch on that tractor strong enough to move round bale or not. I have about 15 acres of hay and I have someone with a JD567 baler bale it. I just need to get the bales in a row this summer, and move them to the cattle yard next winter. I don't want to put a 3 point on it if I will end up breaking the tractor or not lifting the bales.

Thanks for you advise in advance.
Pete

I have used a bale carrier made to fit a WD snap coupler. The way it was built it does not make the front end as light as the three point adapter with a three point carrier.

You are stretching the cpability of the WD45 when you try to move big round bales with them. Moving them with a cart or front endloader would be better.
