MY 35 WC foams and spits out coolant when running. The harder it works, the more it foams and the more coolant it loses. I can't see any bubbles in the top of the raditor when its running. Brazed in a large washer in the upper upper radiator pipe to slow down coolant, didn't help. Doesn't appear to be overheating. I don't believe the water pump is orginal,it has a pinched off tube on the top. Thanks for any comments.

Problem could be what David or Gene says. Usually it is a result of a head crack or head gasket problem. Sometimes if you recently change a gasket, and use a silicone gasket sealer, the antifreeze will react with the silicone gasket material and cause foaming. If any engine work was done recently, I would thoroughly flush the cooling system and switch to a different brand of antifreeze. If no engine work was done recently, I would explore more - looking for a leaking gasket or a crack in the block/head.

Just an opinion. I would pull the radiator and have it cleaned at the radiator shop. While the radiator was in the shop remove the water pump and back flush the engine several times. Let the engine dry out a day or two then back flush again. Do this until there is no more debris comming out. Install a new water pump. After I had everything back together, I would put a top quality sealer in the cooling system. Drain then install the antifreeze.

I suspect that there is a combustion gas leak that leaks more when pulled hard which causes higher cylinder pressures. Probably need to pull the head and check for cracks or head gasket leak.

A small crack in the head or leaking head gasket would be my first guess also. Pull the spark plugs and check for antifreeze deposits. Second guess would be a partially blocked radiator and some kind of junk in the cooling system.

Where I was headed with my first comment was to clean and flush the entire cooling system. Old(er) tractors usually have a lot of precipitation (crap) that settles at the bottom water jacket around the bottom of the cylinder liners. Then try one of the better block sealers availabe at the autoparts store.
