Clutch Froze on a WD

I recently bought a WD. The engine was stuck (I thought), when I got it home I started taking it apart for restoration, and I found the clutch was frozen onto the shaft in the trany. There was 20 years worth of: mice beans, one or two dead mice, and rust. My dad and I have been trying to get it loose, but no luck, we have tried all kinds of lubricants, but the rust acts as an insulator so no fluids can penatrate the shaft. Does anybody have some tricks on getting it loose?
