i have a 1939 B and what i would like to know is
how many pound pressure should the cap on the radiator be? thanks in advance, max

Originally the early B tractors had a Non-Pressirized system which used the same cap as the gas tank.

The early ones up to s/n B61222 used a non pressurized cap. After that the caps were 7#. I have a 3# cap on one of mine and it works OK. Came that way and looks original so there may have been several used.
