I was wondering if the transmition and the PTO on a WD-45 takes the same oil? If so how much do I need to put in? Where is the transmition fluid dipstick? I would really appreciate any help.

The best thing you can do is to get a owners manual. On the left side of the tractor, right around the clutch pedal,a little to the front of it, you should have two pipe plugs in the side of the transmission case, these are the fill plugs, oil level should be to the top of the hole. Seems to me that it takes a little more than 5 gal to completly fill. 80w90 gear oil will work fine.
