Looking for a WD or WD45 in Wisconsin?

I'm looking for a complete and running WD or WD45 with the wide front end, preferably in Wisconsin. What advantage is there to the WD45 over the WD? Are parts easy to come by for each version? I'm not going to do any heavy plowing or the like - just some snow-plowing, grading, trail discing and maybe hook-up a bush hog. It's mostly a tractor to restore and learn some mechanical skills on. suggestions please ... also if anyone has one for a reasonable price ... :)

Two things I neglected to mention. The wisfarmer.com website has an auction section. Some of the notices contain a complete listing of machinery. Also, there is a place about 20 miles south of Eau Claire where they have a lot of Allis parts and sometimes tractors for sale. tel#715-673-4829.

Kerry: Try WISFARMER.com. Go to classifieds. They update every Fri at noon. You will see the classified ads (there is a separate tractor section, but also look at Antiques and Machinery as you will also find tractors there). These are ads placed weekly in the Wisconsin State Farmer newspaper.

I grew up in western WI. There were tons of them around back then. We are talking of over 40 years ago, though. I stayed at a motel in the West Salem area last year, and saw two of them being hauled on trucks. The paint looked good. I don't know what part of the state you are in, but I'd bet your pickings are much better there than they are here in Oregon.
