Carberator settings for WD

Rebuilt the Marvel Schebler carberator. After reassembly the tractor had very little power. I need to know the initial needle settings and any other helpful hints.

Main jet is 1 3/8 turns out - approximately.
Idle jet is 1 1/2 turns out - approximately.

These setting should get you started. Get the tractor up to operating temperature then fine tune each jet.

Still short on power. You may want to take the air cleaner off the tractor and wash it out with solvent. Clean the cup and replace with engine weight oil.

If you haven't done so. Recommend a tune up. Plugs, points, condensor, timing, valve lash. One fouled plug will really cut the tractors power.
