It be a B with a narrow front. I bought it from Roger VanCamp. He was sure it was factory. The one picture shows the wear from a wide front on the bellhousing/torque tube. Sooo it has a narrow front from a C.

I'm suprised that there was an allis b with narrow front. I guess I've never seen one. I would check the serial # and verify that it isn't an allis c. The stearing linkage and other things leads me to believe it's not. The serial # is in front of the shifter. If it startes with a b it's a b, if it's a c, it's a c. That is unless someone has replaced the rear end. I wish you good luck with your puller anyway. What did you get the hp up to?

Look at more pictures you can see that it is a B and not a C. This picture will show the short final drives and the splined wheel hub that only B's have.

The old girls first time out after the rebuild in 2001. She beat all the other 2500#ers by 20 feet that day.
