I have had a lot of trouble with water in fuel, deisel. I took off the settlement bulbs on each side to drain the tank, the line on one side goes around to the other side and joins the bulbs together, but no line leaves either one, so how does the fuel get to the pump. Would like to clean all lines but don't see where it goes up front. Any help is appreciated, Ken.

If I remember right the right one goes to the left one and from the left one it goes up front to the pump, thats looking at it as if your sitting in the seat. Its hard to see the left one well due to the fact that its up in there in a not so nice place to work on. I'd drain the tank and put conditioner in and then refill the conditioner and filter changes should fix the problem unless you have a hole up top on the tank letting the water in.
