WD Wiring Routing

Can someone please describe to me the correct wire routing on a 1950 WD. Do the generator (alternator) wires go inside the frame rail or along the engine block? Does everything go through the housing beneath the gas tank? Where are clamps suppose to be located? Any help much appreciated.
