Has anyone tried to replace the stock hydraulic pump with a cheaper off the shelf version from Grainger or McMaster-Carr? (As long as the pressure and flow rate are similar) I am not sure at the moment of the rpm that the existing pump runs at, or if its very easy to mate the housing up.

I replaced the pump on my 190XT with another pump. I'm not sure, but I think the 7000 has a similar engine mount set up. I had to put a priority flow divider on it to provide for the steering and another flow divider is needed to operate the draft control. The pump on the 190XT has an SAE B mount with a 7/8 14 tooth spline input. The pump will also need to have an operating speed of at least 3000 rpm since the gear train provides a speedup. I believe the rotation is also ccw.

Did you install relief valves in addition to the flow dividers?
