Need to get a hyd. cylinder to use with my wheel disc. Do I have to get an AC cylinder or can I use one from TSC or some place like that. Also can a two way cylinder be used with the WD system. I know it only has one way pressure but is there a way to use a two way cyl. (I have an older JD two way allready)
Thanks for all help.

Make sure what you buy is OK for the high pressure (up to 3000 psi) WD hydraulics.

Just get a regular ram from your farm supply store and put a vent in the one end for one way operation..better than cobbling up some two way system on the WD. Get the smalllest ram that you can that has the necessary stroke. That way the high pressure low volume system will lift the implement as fast as a high volume low pressure system.

Where do I get a vent for the cylinder? Checked at
TSC and they didn't carry anything like that.
Thanks for the help. BWH

You can get them at any farm supply store. They are just a plug that screws in where the second hose would go and the plug has a hole drilled through it to let air in and out. Any place that I've ever seen that sells rams has a bin full of these.
