I have an Allis Chalmers WD and I would like to have a loader for it. Was there any loaders made to fit a WD? Does anyone have any for sale? I appreciate any help.

Our local Allis dealer made and sold a ton of their own design. Called the Wieshaar loader. Can take it off or put it on in under 5 minutes. Mine has been converted to hyd. bucket. I might sell it if are interested. I'm in northern IL

My WD has a loader from a Farmall M or H. It was an easy installation.

I believe they had a pipe frame loader that they made for the WD. Many shortline manufacturers had models that fit. Stan Hoist, Schwartz, New Idea, Caswell, Horn, others. I have a couple to part with- one is a Paulson, don't remember what the other is. Most are trip buckets, since a hydraulic bucket would require two-way hydraulics. Can add it to the WD, but it was not standard. Also, internal hydraulic capacity is rather limited.

Midwest made a loader to fit the WD,sorry I can't recall the number,it was a good loader. Also Allis made the 400 series for a WD-45,so it should fit a WD.Those are excellent loaders, but fairly pricey.

The first loader that AC marketed under their own name was the WD8 & WD9 trip bucket models that came out in about 1953 for the WD & WD45 tractors. These were actually made by Freeman for AC. These are a well made unit & I have a real nice WD9 that I will sell for $300.00. It is in Southern Utah. Ph. [435]691-3905 days & [435]865-7141 evenings.

I was reading your post in the tractor forum and saw that you have a front loader for a wide front WD for sale. Do you still have it, and where are you located?
