HAVE A 51 CA THAT REQUIRES A TOTAL RE-WIRE. WHAT WIRE SIZE IS RECOMMENDED FOR THE TOTAL JOB?

i would use 16 gauge on everything but the battery cables to ground and starter. the bigger the better there. if you try to use bigger than 16 (like 12) gauge on others it gets a little cramped inside the light box and trying to "bend" to connect terminals

In my opion I would go no smaller than 14 guage wire for lights, ign, etc.
