a tech manual.. If not where do I go to find out
about parts or accessories

The best place to start out would be your local AGCO_Allis dealer. They most likely will be able to get you a new manual and many more parts than you can get from after market sources, plus mechanics who can help you with any questions.

I have seen d-15 owners manuals on Ebay a couple times. keep an eye out you will find one.
