I have started a new Allis and Massey Dealership on Marylands upper eastern shore. For those of you who read my previous partsperson posting I hope you found the entertainment value as great as we have here. It has prompted me to give a little more information. I am looking for a creative, talented and motivated parts person and a parts manager. We pay well, have full benefits (health insurance, retirement plan with company matching) vacation, holidays, profit sharing, ect. We are good people to work with and value ideas and input.Yes, we want you to work hard and yes we are open Saturdays. We want you to work hard because you are the type of person that wants to grow and improve and help the company to grow and improve. Those who help grow the company and put in the effort share in the rewards. This business is not easy, but it can be very rewarding. This is a beautiful part of the country to live and we are very fortunate to have a rich and diverse ag market here. Grains, Vegetables, poultry, diary, beef, hogs, nursuries, greenhouse operations, horses ect. We also have a good comercial/light industrial base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can handle a challenge and find it rewarding. Not all time would be spent behind the parts counter, some time would be spent calling on customers, training/schools, ect.
