I like them all.Even a JD ,I never owned a Deere, but I would. I believe the best damn tractor in the world is the one I happen to be sitting on at the time,be it red, orange or green .And the one the neighbor has is not nearly as good as mine.

Dang...these golden years are TOUGH!

Aint no room for green tractors with red wheels here,OUTPULLED 2 olly 77's with a stock wd allis, not even a 45,Although I do have a fondness for olivers, they are a good machine,Only tractor I couldnt beat was a Custom with 6-cylinder Chrysler flathead in it,Maybe thats why.Hmmmm

Just cause' ya own a Ford no matter what it is, it don't make ya a bad person! I've owned a 29 Ford P/U for the past 25 years. It has a Chevy drivetrain in it, but hey, nobody's perfect ya know? LOL! My favorite tractors carry the Persian Orange color, but I like all antique tractors no matter what color they are. I also enjoy checking out the restorations their owners have done to them! Some are just unbelievable the blood, sweat, tears & dough that was put into them. Some are a work of art. A little "bustin'" though, is good for the morale. Keeps ya young.... LOL!

Awww, c'mon, folks have been having fun, dissing other folks tractors, cars, boats, anything and everything! Why, my friends were dissing my choice of 1948 Ford convertible over a Chevy convertible, back when they were new cars! But, my Ford could out run, out pull, anything Chevrolet had for sale. I towed my dirt track racer all over Western Pennsylvania with my Ford car--never had any trouble with towing! But i took a lot of ribbing from my friends about the Ford! Ford had the V/8, while GM had the "stove-bolt 6", which had trouble getting out of its own way! Hot rodders had a saying about Chevys: "Paint it green, so you can hide in the grass and watch the Fords roar by!" So, you see, this "ribbing" has been going on for a long time! It is all done in fun! And if ya don't like what folks say about yer Ford tractor, go buy a better one! RJ

Oh...I don't think anyone is having a bad time here, just playing around. Heck...everyone knows that a Ford is just to have to take up space in the garage! They can't really do any real work, because they're weak. They look good at the tractor shows though, with their pretty shiny new paint and new tires. Well...gotta go and get my Allis and a chain...need to pull that Ford out of the muddy ditch down the road!

I guess I am knida dense because I was not aware of ant fightiing going om here. If you are concerned about the Ford vs. Allis post a little earlier that is good natured ribbing and is part of the tractor world. At least that is the way it is aroung here in my part of the world.
