I have an AC tractor and I want to know if it an WD or WD45. I know the tractor serial # is WD112198.Thanks!

According to SN it looks like a 1952 WD to me.

I,m looking at an AC WD45 for cheap. Been in trees 4to5 years. Put a big pipe wrench to the front hand-crank shaft but unable to turn motor. Got a suggestion to further check for stuck engine? Maybe next step to breaking it loose? She looks fine so am anxious to free her from this spell. Stuck in Nebraska.

The Serial Number is located on top of left differential brake housing

wd has a straight gearshift lever...wd45 shifter will be curved...easiest way to tell..

Some of the late WD's beginning with serial number 127008 in 1952 had the curved shifter. The only definitve way to determine the model designation is the serial number.
