I just became the owner of a 1949 Allis Chalmers B tractor with plow, cultivator, and bush mower. The tractor is in very good condition and still quite a work horse. I have only been able to trace it's history back about 15 years...any suggestions....since Allis Chalmers closed their offices this year is there still a contact?? I really love this little tractor!!!

You and me both! I have a CA and wish there was a way to find out where it was sold originally and to whom it was sold. Any body out there know how to find out? Thx Brian

I just brought home a model B with cultivator and turning plow. The tractor has been setting out for over 15 years, all parts are still intact. The engine is locked up. I've been letting the pistons soak for about two weeks(have not pulled head yet. When I drained the oil pan,it was full of water (bad news). It's a 1950 model Any help or suggestions would be great.
