There is a D-10 series III that will be auctioned off locally this Saturday, the 13th. It has spin out rims, and allthe sheet metal seems to be there except the plate below the gas tank on the right side.Don't know if ti runs or not. Looks like it has been outside for sometime. It's rusted pretty good, but there's still some orange paint there. If any of you guys are interested in this tractor, e-mail me with what you'll give for it, and I'll try to buy it. I'm not interested in this tractor, I have 2 D-10s already. You will be responsible for shipping arrangements.Let me know if you are interested. If you're not truly interested, then don't respond.I don't want to buy it , and get left holding it.Thanks, Scott

If you guys don't want to commit to anything, beleive me, I understand. The reason I have two D-10s now is because I have too much invested in them to break even. Don't plan to do it again. If someone has a conservative guess as to what the tractor is worth, I'll go from there. Thanks again. Scott

Do you happen to recall if this tractor had the 3 point hitch on it or not??? What about the belly lift? Any ideas on what the starting bid might be????

Not sure if it has 3 pt or not. Pretty sure it has belly lift. Am going to look at it again sometime Friday. Will get a better description.May take a picture. Who knows on the bidding. Normally these things start around several hundred dollars and go to who knows where. Depends on who wants it.

1935 John Deere BN History - The History of My Tractor - by Alexander G. Knox. My grandfather, Orval A. Knox of Chandler, Arizona, affectionately known as Pa, purchased this tractor new from the John Deere/Caterpillar dealer (now Arizona Machinery) in 1935. It was his first new tractor and his first with rubber tires. He used it on his farm growing cotton, alfalfa, corn, wheat, milo, barley, and oats. My father, Norman L. Knox, recalls Pa putting a mower on the tractor during the day and then
