I posted a D-10 for sale earlier this week for a friend. I purchased the tractor myself, and I have a few questions.I already have a series II that I,m having restored, and I'm thinking of working this one in the garden, which brings me to my question; The tractor has cultivators, but I don't see any for the rear, and I'm not familiar with the D-10.I'm accostomed to the Farmall 140. What type cultivator attaches to the rear of this tractor, and where might I find one? Also, what size plow, disk, and bush hog will this tractor handle? Thanks for any help. Oh, and no, I didn't pay the $5000 he was asking!

Hello Scott, I grew up on a tobacco farm in NC and we had a 1963 D-10. We only used the front cultivators for this tractor. I know they will pull a 2 bottom plow, not sure about bush hog as we never hooked on up to ours. Wish I had been able to have kept my dad's D-10. Have long since been on the lookout for one that is run down that I can restore at an affordable price. Most D-10's have the fasthitch on the rear, but the one we had had 3 point hitch, not sure if this was a series 3 or not...If you happen to know where I can get a cheap (doesn't have to be running) tractor, please let me know.
