I have an Allis B with a stuck engine. I'm thinking of pouring diesel fuel down the exhaust pipe and letting it sit like that for a while to loosen the pistons. Will that cause me any problems later on?

Garry, pouring down the exhaust doesn't do the most good, the other posts suggesting putting something in the spark plug holes and checking under the valve cover are the best. A penetrating oil is a good choice and there are several from which to choose. Just soak it down good and wait a few days at least before trying to turn it, and then fairly gently. If it moves a little later on for you, then rock it back and forth a bit and add more penetrant. Gradually you'll get it to turn loose. If you get it running it'll rid itself of all the stuff you've put in. Afterwards you'd want to change oil and filter then warm it up under some load to see if you get get the rings to seat back again. An engine tear down is usually a last resort, but in some cases it does come to that. Try this easy way first though. God Bless.

I'd pull the plugs and fill the cylinders with turpentine and let it sit for a couple days and also pull the valve cover and pour turpentine in that area also. So far turpentine has not, not worked on a stuck engine for me but it also depends on how long it has been stuck as to if any thing other then takeing it apart will fix the problem
